Job summary

Tachibana Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Hawaii-based Hawaii-Coordinator- Golf and Tour Operations. The role supports golf and tour reservations, coordinates with drivers, and ensures smooth operations. The position requires English fluency and knowledge of Japanese culture.

Normal hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with potential for remote work a few times per week. Prior travel industry experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read, write and speak English.
• Knowledge of tour industry, movements and arrangements; understanding of Japanese culture.
• Basic computer skills and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process reservations and bookings with customers and suppliers.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with golf equipment rental and related tasks.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
