• Supervise Lead Ambassador, Ambassador team and Dispatch team.
• Hire and onboard new Ambassador and Dispatch employees; conduct interviews and training.
• Create and edit SOPs for Ambassador and Dispatch programs with senior manager.
• Perform weekly rounding with teams to ensure SOP adherence and provide resources as needed.
• Review time punches and approve/deny leave requests; coordinate schedules with Lead Ambassador.
