Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in staffing or team leadership in manufacturing, strong communication, and bilingual Spanish skills. The position is on-site with a 2-2-3 schedule (6:00 PM–6:00 AM).

• Coaching and Support: Partner with client supervisors to coach and train associates.
