Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards.
• Coach and develop team members to increase store growth.
• Examine and process loan/pawn applications and assess risk.
