NorthStar Memorial Group in Miami is seeking a Funeral Home Office Manager to lead a structured, fast-paced team. The role focuses on supervising daily operations, generating financial reports, processing payments, and coordinating multiple workflows in a compassionate funeral home setting.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-driven, and capable of managing inventory and administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an administrative leadership or management role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage bank deposits, checks, accounts receivable reports, and purchasing reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Generate and review weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, including Board Volume, aged accounts receivable, and merchandise trust reports.
• Coordinate order processing and manage inventory control for caskets, urns, and related merchandise.
• Complete reconciliations, license renewals, inventory verification, and other high-level administrative tasks.
