Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a motivated bilingual Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring for field and corporate positions across construction, utilities, and skilled trades.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with experience in high-volume recruiting. You will partner with hiring managers and lead a fast-paced process to deliver strong candidates for multiple openings.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 5+ years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for construction, skilled trades, utilities, transportation, manufacturing, or similar industries preferred.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting strongly preferred.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable using ATS, job boards, Microsoft Office, and other recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for high-volume hourly and professional positions (construction laborers, CDL drivers, foremen, project managers, estimators, diesel mechanics, safety professionals, and more).
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Develop and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess qualifications, experience, availability, and interest.
• Communicate job requirements, compensation, schedules, travel requirements, and company expectations to candidates.
• Recruit both English- and Spanish-speaking candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview results, offers, onboarding requirements, and start dates.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS.

Position SummaryA growing infrastructure and construction services organization is seeking a motivated and bilingual Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This position will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring of qualified candidates for both field and corporate positions.The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, has strong communication skills, understands high-volume recruiting, and is comfortable recruiting for construction, underground utilities, telecommunications, electrical, transportation, and skilled trades positions.This role will work closely with hiring managers and field leadership to identify staffing needs, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Sourcing

• Recruit for high-volume hourly and professional positions, including Construction Laborers, Heavy Equipment Operators, CDL Drivers, Foremen, Project Managers, Estimators, Diesel Mechanics, Safety Professionals, and other skilled trade and field positions.
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Develop and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess qualifications, experience, availability, and interest.
• Communicate job requirements, compensation, schedules, travel requirements, and company expectations to candidates.
• Recruit both English- and Spanish-speaking candidates.

Candidate Management

• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview results, offers, onboarding requirements, and start dates.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the applicant tracking system.

Hiring & Onboarding

• Coordinate hiring requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, physicals, MVR checks, hiring verification, and required certifications.
• Assist with offer letters and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate new-hire start dates with hiring managers and HR.
• Ensure all required hiring documentation is completed prior to start date.
• Assist with new-hire orientation and onboarding as needed.

Partnership with Operations

• Work closely with project managers, foremen, fleet leadership, safety teams, and other department leaders to understand current and upcoming staffing needs.
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers regarding open positions and candidate activity.
• Help identify recruiting challenges and recommend solutions.
• Support workforce planning during periods of increased project activity.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 5+ years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for construction, skilled trades, utilities, transportation, manufacturing, or similar industries preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Recruiting heavy equipment operators, CDL drivers, laborers, mechanics, foremen, or construction personnel.
• Recruiting Spanish-speaking candidates.
• Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, or similar sourcing platforms.
• Experience with ATS and onboarding systems.
• Knowledge of construction and underground utility terminology.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
