Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months healthcare/dental front office experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process payments.
• Schedule treatment and recall appointments.
• Confirm treatment appointments and take calls.
• Check patients in and out and verify information on file.
• Verify insurance eligibility and assist with authorizations.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance and collaborate with the team.
