Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (oral and written) for customer interactions.
• Experience or training in government service and taxpayer interaction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan work and set short-term priorities for subordinates and prepare schedules.
• Evaluate performance and provide guidance, recognition, or disciplinary actions as needed.
• Interview candidates and recommend appointments or promotions within the unit.
• Ensure quality service by analyzing data, addressing recurring issues, and improving processes.
