Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a store associate to stock shelves, greet customers, and assist with locating parts on the sales floor. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and will support front-end operations and installer deliveries as needed.

Theroleincludes stocking, price updates, and manual-transmission vehicle handling; you will coordinate with store management, ISS, and delivery specialists while maintaining safety and cleanliness on the floor and in backroom areas.

Qualifications

• Experience stocking shelves in a retail auto parts setting.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help locate merchandise or direct to a parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise; keep displays clean and stocked.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and back room housekeeping.
• Serve as hub store order puller and coordinate deliveries with ISS.
