Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a store associate to keep the front floor stocked, fronted, and clean, and to stock merchandise per planograms or displays while completing sales preparation. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and greet customers on the sales floor.

Essential duties include assisting customers in locating merchandise, checking in and pricing stock, maintaining display cleanliness, and updating sale signage and pricing as needed.

Qualifications

• Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences and strong organizational skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• Experience in stocking or retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist if needed.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise as required.
• Keep the display floor fronted, full, and clean on a daily basis.
• Make display changes according to company guidelines and planograms.
