Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is looking for a store associate to keep the front floor stocked, greet customers, and help locate merchandise. You will ensure shelves are full, clean, and fronted daily, and participate in price changes and display updates.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged, and there may be hub-store responsibilities for order pulling in larger stores. You will clock in/out per policy and collaborate with store management to complete tasks.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred for customer interactions.
• Strong organizational and numerical skills for stock management.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist in locating merchandise or direct to a parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise; keep display floor stocked and clean daily.
• Make display changes per planograms and ensure sale signs and flyers are in place.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns; support hub order puller duties when needed.
