Job summary

Families Together of Orange County is seeking a Front Desk Support staff member who is fluent in Vietnamese to serve as the first point of contact in a radiology clinic. You will handle check-ins, scheduling, patient inquiries, and payments while maintaining HIPAA standards and accurate EMR entries.

The role requires strong customer service, computer literacy, and the ability to work Saturdays. The schedule aligns with clinic hours and staff needs, ensuring a welcoming patient experience.

Qualifications

• Fluently bilingual in Vietnamese.
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
• Computer literate and proficient with common software.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays.
• 1 year of medical/healthcare office receptionist experience with medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service per standards.
• Schedule imaging exams and procedures based on physician orders.
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and authorizations.
• Confirm/update patient demographics and collect payments at check-in.
• Maintain EMR/PACS with accurate exam-related data.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
• Distribute imaging reports to referring providers per guidelines.
• Perform front office duties and Start/End-of-Day procedures.
• Rotate through radiology suites and weekend schedules as needed.
