Palm Medical Centers is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for patients. You will handle check-in/check-out, answer phones, verify insurance, and enter patient data in the system.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year in a medical front desk setting, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. This is a full-time, in-person position with benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of experience in a medical front desk or receptionist role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• eCW experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out patients and schedule appointments.
• Answer phones and route calls as needed.
• Verify patient insurance information.
• Enter and update patient data in system
• Maintain tidy reception and waiting areas.
• Assist with clerical duties and front desk operations.
