• Initiates the registration process and maintains patient demographics.
• Verifies and updates required insurance information for accuracy.
• Collects payments and co-pays per sliding fee scale.
• Schedules appointments and maintains patient records.
• Answers 200–300 calls per day and assists callers as needed.
