AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Bilingual Front Desk Sales & Customer Service Representative for chiropractic clinics in Oxnard, Ventura, and Port Hueneme. This temp-to-hire role suits someone organized, friendly, and comfortable guiding patients through scheduling and service options.

You will welcome patients, handle check-ins, manage calls, educate patients on care plans, and present treatment options with a professional, helpful demeanor. Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• 1–2 years of related customer service, front desk, healthcare, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a high-volume clinic.
• Willing to travel between Oxnard, Port Hueneme, and Ventura locations.
• Reliable attendance and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in, ensuring a smooth front desk flow.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling, clinic flow, calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Onboard new patients and educate them on chiropractic services and care plans.
• Present and sell treatment plans and membership options.
• Assist with billing questions and general inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment.
