Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or administrative role, healthcare preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and patient check-in/out.
• Supervise and train front desk staff for customer service.
• Schedule appointments and calendar for ophthalmologists.
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain patient records and HIPAA compliance.
• Process insurance claims and verify coverage.
• Assist with office supplies and front desk inventory.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to improve patient experience.
