Han Rehabilitation Physical Therapy is seeking an energetic Front Desk Associate fluent in Korean and English to be the welcoming face of our office. This full-time, in-person role includes greeting clients, handling calls, scheduling appointments, data entry, and clerical support.

Ideal schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with opportunities to grow in office management. We offer a positive work environment that values professionalism, efficiency, and excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Bilingual abilities required (Korean & English).
• Proven office experience and basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors and clients and manage reception area.
• Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls professionally.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars; assist with clerical tasks.
