Responsibilities

• Enters patient information in the RIS and verifies discrepancies with patients, clinics or insurance as needed.
• Checks in/out patients, collects payments and completes paperwork.
• Creates detailed notes in the patient chart in RIS documenting pertinent information.
• Provides excellent customer service and attention to detail.
