Qualifications

• Previous dental experience preferred.
• Dental practice management software experience (Open Dental/Dentrix) helpful.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
• Active driver's license may be required for travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Engage and entertain patients with a big personality.
• Educate patients and surrounding community through outreach.
• Verify insurance eligibility by collecting information.
• Collect payments at the time of service.
• Input data to create insurance claims.
• Gather patient health history as required.
• Schedule appointments daily.
• Obtain pre-authorizations for treatment.
• Support the team.
• Daily housekeeping (shared with staff).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
