MedStation in Sunny Isles Beach, FL is seeking a friendly, organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients. You will support daily administrative tasks, manage check-in/out, and coordinate appointments while upholding HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

The role requires Portuguese and English proficiency; Spanish is a plus. You will work in a medical clinic environment and contribute to a positive patient experience and efficient clinic operations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service, reception, or admin support.
• Portuguese and English required; Spanish a plus.
• Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of health insurance verification and medical office procedures is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States with proper documentation.
