Coloradocoalition is hiring a Client Access Representative in Denver, CO. This role serves as a liaison among clients, patients, and integrated health and social services. Your responsibilities will include client registration, insurance verification, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, front desk, or medical office experience preferred.
• Experience working with vulnerable or underserved populations strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, clients, visitors, and vendors.
• Conduct insurance status verification and connect clients to resources.
• Provide coverage across multiple client access sites in the Denver Metro Area.
