Job summary

Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is seeking a Client Access Representative to join a dynamic care team. You will work the front desk at public sites in the Denver metro area, greet clients, verify insurance, register individuals, schedule appointments, and route them to needed health and social services.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and a trauma‑informed approach. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, front desk, or medical office experience preferred.
• Experience working with vulnerable or underserved populations strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct clients, vendors, and visitors at the front desk.
• Register clients and verify insurance information in the electronic health record.
• Schedule appointments and manage check-in for client visits.
• Verify insurance coverage and guide clients to enrollment resources as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of health information and secure destruction of sensitive data.
• Provide coverage across multiple client access sites in the Denver Metro Area.
• Support communication between clients, providers and internal departments.
