Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming front desk experience.
• Assist chiropractors with patient preparation, treatment setup and modalities.
• Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and maintain records in the EHR system.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises and rehabilitation protocols.
• Handle insurance verification, billing inquiries, and intake documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
• Communicate with attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical providers on personal injury cases.
