Furniture & Mattress Discounters is seeking a friendly, dependable Receptionist to be the first contact for customers in our Glendale showroom. The role demands excellent phone etiquette, strong organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The Receptionist will greet visitors, provide product and service information, support the sales team with administrative tasks, and handle data entry and scheduling while maintaining a professional front desk.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Experience in receptionist, administrative, customer service or retail roles preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
• Welcome and assist customers entering the showroom.
• Provide information on products, financing, deliveries, and store services.
• Support sales team with administrative and customer service tasks.
• Perform data entry and other computer-based tasks.
• Schedule appointments and assist with follow-up.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Handle multiple priorities while delivering excellent service.
