Job summary

Old Town School of Folk Music is seeking a friendly Part-Time Customer Service Associate for our Lincoln Square and Armitage locations in Chicago. You will be the first point of contact for students and guests, handling inquiries and assisting with administrative tasks with accuracy and diplomacy.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of customer service experience, are fluent in Spanish, and can handle registrations and transactions.

Qualifications

• 3 years of customer service experience.
• Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving and judgment skills.
• Ability to work independently and accurately handle transactions (cash handling, registrations, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills with diplomacy and tact.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for students, guests and visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with various administrative tasks to support program operations.
• Process registrations and transactions accurately and efficiently.
