Job summary

Old Town School of Folk Music in Chicago is seeking friendly, detail-oriented part-time Customer Service Associates for Lincoln Square and Armitage locations.

As the first point of contact for students, guests, and visitors, you will provide exceptional service and assist with administrative tasks, including registrations and transactions. Fluency in Spanish is required, and the schedule includes Wednesday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 3 years of customer service experience.
• Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving and judgment skills.
• Ability to work independently and accurately handle transactions (cash handling, registrations, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills with diplomacy and tact.

Responsibilities
