VSP Vision is hiring for a customer service representative to respond to inquiries across channels and support members, clients, and partners. The role emphasizes accurate information, problem-solving, and educating customers about the value of products and services.

The candidate should have bilingual abilities, 1–2 years of CS experience, and be able to work various shifts including weekends and overnights. Proficiency with MS Office and multiple software programs is expected.

Qualifications

• One to two years of customer service experience handling moderate to complex inquiries.
• Must be bilingual in two languages.
• Available to work any shift, including weekends, holidays, and/or overnight.
• Demonstrated internet knowledge and understanding of basic internet browser settings.
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple software programs simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of MS Office package.
• Effective verbal communication to prioritize tasks and handle inquiries.
• Excellent written communication to document customer situations.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries across telephone, in person, or internet/e-mail to support goals.
• Provide accurate, timely, and efficient customer support.
• Educate customers on the value and benefits of the company’s products and services.
• Identify customer trends and communicate with partners and leaders; suggest corrections or solutions.
• Maintain Customer Service standards and respond to policy and product changes.
• May attend benefit fairs, enrollment meetings, and client meetings as needed.
• May support Sales Reps with inquiries related to customer orders.
• May be the first contact for Sales Reps not related to customer orders.
• May process claims based on business needs and workflow fluctuations.
