Job summary

Echo Lake Foods in Burlington, WI, seeks an Assistant Production Manager to support the Production Manager in daily operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant manufacture of our egg- and breakfast-based products. You will lead Supervisors and line teams on assigned shifts, enforce GMPs and HACCP, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in food manufacturing, including supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, SQF/FSMA, CCP/CP monitoring.
• Ability to lead on the production floor and communicate effectively.
• Experience with production planning and KPI tracking.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned production lines and shifts to meet schedule and targets.
• Support production strategies to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Lead daily shift meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor KPIs (OEE, Throughput, Waste) and report deviations.
• Ensure GMPs, food safety compliance, and documentation.
