FlexXray LLC seeks a bilingual Food Inspection Line Lead (2nd Shift) in Aurora, IL. This full-time role oversees inspection progress on the line, ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction.

You will assist the Plant Manager and Supervisor, lead the team, verify equipment and run rules, and ensure accurate documentation. The position requires strong leadership, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and another language.

Formación

• Proven ability to lead a line and coordinate with team members.
• Experience verifying equipment and project run rules prior to start.
• Ability to complete project documentation accurately.
• Commitment to FlexXray safety standards and quality control.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in line rotations as needed.
• Review line instructions and communicate run rules to the team.
• Verify equipment is clean and free of defects before starting.
• Inspect equipment to meet project specifications.
• Set up inspection gear prior to running a project.
• Verify pallet labels and quantities.
• Complete project documentation.
• Enforce safety standards and conduct seed checks as needed.
• Monitor temperature consistently for each shift.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and respond to issues with leadership.
