Urbano in Baltimore Peninsula is seeking a hardworking FOH Support teammate to keep our restaurant running smoothly. You will be the backbone of floor and bar operations, ensuring guests have fresh chips and salsa, tables are cleared promptly, and the bar stays fully stocked.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for an 8-hour shift.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Chips & Salsa Management: Maintain and stock the salsa station and ensure fresh chip baskets at seating.
• Table Bussing & Resetting: Clear dishes and reset tables quickly for fast seating turnaround.
• Barback Duties (As Assigned): Restock ice, wash/polish glassware, change kegs, and replenish liquor.
• Floor & Station Cleanliness: Sweep floors, clean spills, empty bins, keep stations organized.
• Team Collaboration: Support servers, hosts, and bartenders to provide seamless service.
