Job summary

Lineage is seeking a trainer to certify team members on Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and cross-train staff across multiple functions. You will develop and implement new training practices while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and the ability to train a non-technical audience. You will report to the Lead Trainer and support audits, safety walks, and QA initiatives within a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lead discussions, make presentations and train others.
• Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE).

Responsibilities

• Certify team members on Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Cross train new and current employees on various functions.
• Develop new practices to train staff.
• Investigate and resolve routine problems.
• Keep supervisor informed of development and issues.
