Job summary

Lineage in Arlington, TN is seeking a dedicated Training Specialist to certify team members on Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and to cross-train staff on diverse job functions. The role collaborates with the Lead Trainer to meet onboarding and safety standards while contributing to process improvements.

This position requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to train and present to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lead discussions, deliver presentations, and communicate technical results to non-technical audiences.
• Material Handling Equipment (MHE) experience required.
• Ability to work in cold and dry storage temperatures with appropriate PPE.
• Flexible schedule including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Certify team members on Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Cross-train new and current employees on various job functions.
• Develop new practices/processes to train staff.
• Investigate and resolve routine problems.
• Keep supervisor informed of development and issues.
