Job summary

New Earth Residential is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to support our Dallas and Wylie communities. This role floats between properties based on business needs, delivering leasing support and exceptional customer service to drive occupancy goals.

The position offers an hourly, non-exempt schedule with weekends and after-hours as required, and includes an array of employee benefits to complement a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior sales experience encouraged.
• Proficient in English; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Hours: Typicalrange ofhoursisbased onthecommunityneedsand will requireweekendsand afterhouremergencyservices.Workdaysmaybe adjustedbased on communityneeds. Full Time:5daysperweek,8hoursper day (average 40hours).

Physical Demands: Light(occasionalupto 25pounds) -Climbstairs,stoop,kneel, crouch, reach, handle, etc.

Drug Screens: Pre-employment,post injury,reasonablesuspicion,and possible random screens.

Knowledge / Skills / Ability:

• Skilled in assessing and addressing community common area and amenity needs, with a strong attention to detail and commitmentto community standards.
• Effectively prioritizes tasks independently, manages time well, and consistently achieves assigned objectives and projects.
• Adapts quickly to resolve unexpected challenges and manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication, excellent organizational skills, and an ability to collaborate effectively with on-site staff, residents, supervisors, corporate associates, and vendors.
• Proficient in English with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in interpreting legal documents, managing rent collections, and overseeing lease compliance.
• Possesses intermediate math skills for financial reporting, budgeting, and record-keeping, including proficiency with percentages, decimals, and fractions.
• Welcomed knowledge of property operations, with an emphasis on lease terms, contract enforcement, and collections.

General Summary of Associate Responsibility:

• Provides comprehensive support across all facets of community operations, working closely with and under the guidance of the Community Manager.
