Job summary

Intermex Wire Transfer LLC. is seeking a Fintech Sales Account Manager/Area Sales Representative in Miami to build and maintain relationships with area agents and drive FX transactions.

You will work evenings and weekends, manage ROI, and coordinate with field and internal teams to hit sales targets and increase revenue. The role requires 2+ years in sales, analytical mindset, and proficiency in Excel, with a bachelor or associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Analytical and mathematical reasoning.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, International Business or related fields.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with assigned area agents and execute FX investments to meet sales objectives.
• Manage ROI and revenue goals in conjunction with field team and leverage Intermex products to increase profits and loyalty.
• Utilize outbound dialing experience and strong data interpretation to drive sales.
• Be available for evenings and weekends; shifts include 10am–7pm or 12pm–9pm.
• Collaborate with Field and Internal sales teams to increase volume and revenue streams.
