Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail banking or related sales experience.
• Ability to cross-sell products confidently.
• Strong communication and math skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service to assess needs and advise on options.
• Educate members on MACU products and services.
• Open and service accounts; meet sales and service goals.
• Originates loans, reviews credit, and conducts closings for home equity, personal, and auto loans.
• Represent MACU professionally; travel to other branches if needed.
