Qualifications

• High School degree or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of general work experience, including customer service, call center, sales or branch experience.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, sales, math, problem solving, multitasking and computer skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with new and existing members to understand their financial needs and deepen relationships.
• Process routine financial transactions for members accurately (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks, IRA) in compliance with regulations.
• Provide recommendations and assist members with a wide array of financial solutions to satisfy spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs.
• Educate members to bank more efficiently using the web, mobile, and ATM.
• Provide financial education and services to help members fit banking into daily life.
• Proactively contact members to schedule appointments to discuss personal financial goals.
• Perform other duties as needed by supervisor.
