Job summary

World Finance is seeking an Overstaff Financial Services Representative to support multiple branches across the region. You will provide exceptional service, guide customers toward responsible financial choices, and help them achieve their financial goals.

As an on-site, flexible problem-solver, you’ll balance cash drawers, process loan documents, take payments, and assist with tax services while representing the company’s values in every location.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel daily between branches.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to multiple branches as assigned.
• Guide customers toward upward credit mobility.
• Deliver top-tier customer service for questions and products.
• Process and prepare loan applications, documents, renewals.
• Take and process customer payments.
• Prepare and execute loan closings.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accuracy.
• Complete daily branch deposits and transport funds as needed.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and uphold company values.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to meet goals.
• Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
• Support tax services and help build tax clientele.
• Send credit denial letters within 30 days from application.
• Pay branch expenses as instructed.
