Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a Community Life Financial Programs Coordinator (CLFPC) to oversee the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program at New Franklin Park Apartments in Dorchester.

You will provide financial coaching to residents, recruit participants, and coordinate monthly financial education workshops both in person and virtually. Reporting to the Community Life Senior Manager, you will align initiatives with TCB's mission, track outcomes using the data system, and build

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with focus in social work or related field.
• Experience coaching families and tracking program data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the FSS Program at New Franklin Park, including recruitment and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with FSS action plan and HUD requirements.
• Build relationships with residents, staff, and community partners.
• Engage participants to map strengths, needs, and opportunities.
• Document services and outcomes in the data system.
• Align initiatives with TCB Community Life goals.
• Attend weekly CL site team meetings and trainings.
• Develop and deliver financial education workshops.
• Report progress and impact to the Senior Manager.
• Perform additional duties as requested.
