The Community Builders, Inc. seeks a Community Life Financial Programs Coordinator to lead the Family Self-Sufficiency program at New Franklin Park in Dorchester, providing financial coaching to residents and coordinating workshops both in person and online.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, data-driven program management, and collaborative work with residents and partners to advance economic mobility and asset development.

Qualificações

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as an FSS program coordinator or financial coach.
• Ability to collect, track and understand data to assess programs.
• Excellent communication, organization, and writing skills.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the FSS Program at New Franklin Park, including recruitment, coaching, training, reporting, and administration.
• Ensure compliance with the FSS action plan and HUD changes.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, staff, and partners.
• Engage participants to understand needs and connect with local resources.
• Document services and outcomes using the data system.
• Align initiatives with Community Life goals and attend trainings.
• Attend weekly meetings with the Senior Manager and site team.
• Perform other duties as requested.
