Qualifications

• Experience in sales or management from another industry is preferred.
• MBA, PhD or other advanced degree is advantageous.
• Willingness to pursue securities licensing and FINRA registrations.

Responsibilities

• Sell our insurance and financial products and build client relationships.
• Recruit and coach a team of financial professionals.
• Lead and manage a network as you progress to a field manager role.
