The position offers a full-time contract and focuses on empowering underserved populations, particularly among racial and ethnic minorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum five years of experience in credit or financial counseling role.
• HUD housing counselor certification required within six months of hire.
• Accredited Financial Counseling certification required or begin coursework within sixty days.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one financial counseling to facilitate the identification and achievement of financial goals.
• Analyze current financial conditions and build outcomes-based action plans.
• Provide group learnings in financial skills that empower customers.
