Zusammenfassung

Eureka, LLC is seeking a Financial Accounting Coordinator in Corona, CA to support day-to-day bookkeeping and drive sales tax compliance across Eureka Ergonomic and Eureka Modular. The role coordinates with external accounting professionals to ensure accurate financial records and timely tax filings.

The ideal candidate will be precise, organized, and proactive in following financial processes from start to finish, with strong experience in QuickBooks Online and TaxCloud.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping and reconciling accounts.
• Experience with sales tax setup, reporting, or compliance.
• Experience with TaxCloud or a similar sales tax automation platform.
• Understanding of multi-state sales tax and economic nexus concepts.
• Familiarity with W-9 and 1099-NEC processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication, able to work with management, vendors, internal teams, and external CPAs.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin Chinese required.

Aufgaben

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping, account coding, and financial records in QuickBooks Online.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Organize invoices, receipts, payments, revenue, costs, and supporting documentation.
• Support monthly financial reporting and month-end close activities.
• Prepare organized financial information for management and external accounting professionals.
• Coordinate with external CPAs and internal teams on tax filings and compliance.
