Job summary

Irvine Technology Corporation seeks an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to own day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely financial reporting. You will work closely with the CFO and external CPA, handling a broad range of accounting duties across the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance with 7+ years of bookkeeping, strong QuickBooks and Excel skills, and experience with Ariba. On-site in Corona, CA with competitive W2 compensation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, prepare journal entries, and ensure financial records are accurate and complete.
• Prepare financial statements and support month-end and year-end close, including accruals and adjusting entries.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including billing through Ariba.
• Oversee financial administration related to licenses, leases, and rental properties.
• Partner with the CFO and external CPA to support audits, tax filings, and financial analysis.

Full Charge Bookkeeper

Our client is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations and help ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CFO and external CPA while managing a broad range of accounting responsibilities across the organization.

• Location: Corona, CA
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 35-38/HR W2
• No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You’ll Do:

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, prepare journal entries, and ensure financial records are accurate and complete.
• Prepare financial statements and support month-end and year-end close, including accruals and adjusting entries.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including billing and invoicing activities through Ariba.
• Oversee financial administration related to business licenses, fleet and auto leases, and commercial and residential rental properties.
• Partner with the CFO and external CPA to support audits, tax filings, financial analysis, and other accounting initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 7+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, along with experience using Ariba.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, handle confidential financial information, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
