You will manage financial reporting, risk analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and the implementation of financial software while guiding teams to accurate bookkeeping and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; strong communication in both languages.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Proven expertise in corporate finance, risk analysis, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with financial software; proficient in account analysis, GL, and reconciliation.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to manage teams and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee GL reconciliation, AP/AR, cost accounting, and cash flow analysis.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies across operations.
• Perform budget development, variance analysis, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and reporting standards.
• Analyze P&L and balance sheets to provide strategic insights for planning.
• Lead implementation of financial software systems and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on planning, revenue management, and forecasting.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for executive decision‑making.
