Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the preparation of financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee corporate accounting functions including general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, cost accounting, and cash flow analysis.
• Conduct risk management assessments and develop strategies for risk mitigation across financial operations.
• Perform budget development, variance analysis, and cost control measures to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Facilitate compliance management by ensuring adherence to governmental regulations and reporting standards.
• Analyze profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports to provide actionable insights for strategic planning.
• Lead the implementation of financial software systems and ensure accurate bookkeeping practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic planning, revenue management, and financial forecasting initiatives.

• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; strong communication skills in both languages are essential.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven expertise in corporate finance
• Strong knowledge of risk analysis, regulatory reporting, treasury management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Experience with financial software systems and proficiency in account analysis, balance sheet reconciliation, general ledger accounting, and bookkeeping.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
