We are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin/English Speaker to serve as a Finance Supervisor within our organization. Job Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the preparation of financial statements in accordance with the regulatory requirements.
• Oversee corporate accounting functions including general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, cost accounting, and cash flow analysis.
• Conduct risk management assessments and develop strategies for risk mitigation across financial operations.
• Perform budget development, variance analysis, and cost control measures to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Facilitate compliance management by ensuring adherence to governmental regulations and reporting standards.
• Analyze profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports to provide actionable insights for strategic planning.
• Lead the implementation of financial software systems and ensure accurate bookkeeping practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic planning, revenue management, and financial forecasting initiatives.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and interpret complex data for executive decision-making.
