Jobgether SRL seeks a Senior Specialist, Field Talent Acquisition to lead full-cycle recruitment of healthcare contractors in the United States. The role involves sourcing, interviewing in English and Spanish, and building partnerships with training programs and professional networks.

Qualificações

• Bilingual English and Spanish required for written and spoken communication.
• 3–5 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience in healthcare or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with credentialing verification platforms (e.g., TN Health, Nursys) is a plus.
• Experience building external partnerships and posting across multiple platforms.
• Ability to travel locally to events and work remotely as needed.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in a fast-changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for specialist contractors (Birth Doulas, Lactation Consultants, Registered Dietitians) and support for Maternity Navigators and RNs.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, and community networks.
• Conduct initial video interviews in English and Spanish and coordinate interview logistics.
• Build partnerships with training programs, health organizations, and professional networks.
• Represent the organization at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and local expos.
• Manage external job postings across healthcare job boards and university portals.
• Collaborate with TA team and Field Manager to coordinate outreach and events.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipeline in Greenhouse.
• Conduct reference checks and contribute to People Operations and culture initiatives.
