Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• 3–5 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, with external relationship focus.
• Experience in field recruitment, partnerships, and remote work with travel.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for specialist contractors (Birth Doulas, Lactation Consultants, Dietitians) and support core Care Team staffing.
• Execute sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, local networks and training programs.
• Conduct initial video interviews in English and Spanish; coordinate logistics for a seamless candidate experience.
