Job summary

Nadia Care is seeking a Senior Specialist, Field Talent Acquisition to recruit specialist contractors (Birth Doulas, Lactation Consultants, Registered Dietitians) and support Care Team staffing. You will travel locally to represent Nadia Care at events, build partnerships, and drive multi-channel postings across job boards and universities.

The role requires English/Spanish bilingualism, 3–5 years in recruitment, and a strong remote-travel background, reporting to the Head of People.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required (both written and spoken).
• 3-5 years of professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with external relationship focus.
• Healthcare, clinical recruitment, or contractor sourcing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for specialist contractors (Birth Doulas, Lactation Consultants, Registered Dietitians) and support core Care Team staffing.
• Coordinate interviews and logistics to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Develop external partnerships with training programs, community orgs, and professional associations.
