Nadia Care is seeking a Senior Specialist, Field Talent Acquisition to lead contractor and care-team recruitment across Nashville, Memphis, Baltimore, and D.C., with travel 2x weekly and evening/weekend events.

You will partner with a tight three-person team, build external partnerships, conduct bilingual English/Spanish interviews, and own full-cycle recruitment while aligning with our mission to support maternity care.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• 3–5 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, including field accounts.
• Healthcare recruitment experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with credentialing verification platforms (e.g., TN Health, Nursys).
• Proven remote work experience with regular travel for events.

Aufgaben

• Dedicated contractor and care-team recruiting for specialist roles and core care roles as needed.
• Own full-cycle recruitment for Birth Doulas, Lactation Consultants, and Registered Dietitians; support Maternity Navigators and RNs.
• Execute sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, and local networks.
• Conduct bilingual interviews and coordinate scheduling for a seamless candidate experience.
• Build partnerships with external programs, health orgs, and associations to create talent pipelines.
• Travel to represent Nadia Care at job fairs and community events; attend campus recruitment activities.
• Manage external postings across health boards and university portals.
• Collaborate with the three-person talent team to optimize candidate touchpoints; share talent pools.
• Lead reference checks and support broader People Operations and culture initiatives.
